Teri communicated at every step in the process so we knew exactly what was happening with our loan. She made sure we submitted our information and ordered our appraisal, as soon as, we had everything submitted to her. Our loan closing was completed in the time frame Teri gave us. She went above and beyond in coordinating, and communicating with our realtor, appraiser, and the escrow company! Teri excels at customer service!
